With extensive experience across the UK rail and infrastructure sector, Mike brings a hands-on, people-focused approach to leadership — ensuring projects are shaped early, risks are managed effectively and teams are set up to succeed.
Under Mike’s leadership, Spencer Rail Engineering has continued to strengthen its reputation as a trusted delivery partner, known for working closely with clients through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to reduce risk, add value and deliver complex rail projects with confidence.
