Through carefully planned upgrade and modernisation programmes, we help clients create smart, electrified maintenance environments that improve the efficiency and resilience of rolling stock servicing. Our depot solutions integrate core servicing systems such as train wash, AdBlue, HVAC and fume extraction, alongside specialist maintenance equipment including wheel lathes, lifting cranes and bogie drops. We also deliver safe access arrangements, dedicated inspection and maintenance areas, and fully equipped accommodation and welfare facilities—supporting safe, streamlined day-to-day operations.

Many of our depot works are delivered within live operational environments, where maintaining service continuity is critical. To achieve this, all activities are carefully planned and sequenced to minimise disruption and maintain full operational performance throughout delivery. By working closely with our clients and their operational teams, we develop a detailed understanding of each depot’s requirements—allowing us to tailor solutions that keep facilities running safely and efficiently during construction.

As a contractor on the Fixed Depot Plant Framework, we work collaboratively with Network Rail, Train Operating Companies and Freight Operating Companies to supply, install and maintain critical plant and equipment. These solutions are designed to meet the evolving operational, safety and environmental demands of the rail depot sector.
